People who arrive informed. And stay.

Ethical recruitment and workforce delivery from Nepal, India, Kenya and Uganda to the Gulf, Africa, the UK and Asia. Zero fees to the worker. Since 2006.

A recruitment partner, not an agency.

Most manpower agencies sit between you and a chain of brokers you never see. We remove the chain. FSI staff work in the source country, select on merit, and brief every worker on their terms in their own language before they travel.

The result is a workforce that arrives knowing the job, without debt, and stays. That is what keeps sites running and audits short.

How we recruit

Four things we do on every contract, without exception.

  1. 01

    Zero fees to the worker

The employer funds recruitment. We check that nobody has paid along the way, and we refund and investigate if they have. Workers arrive without debt, so they are not looking for the exit.

  2. 02

    Direct sourcing

Our own teams in source countries recruit against confirmed demand. No brokers, no informal payments we cannot see.

  3. 03

    Vetting on merit

Structured selection by people who speak the candidate's language: trade tests, medicals, document checks and interviews recorded against your job specification.

  4. 04

    Preparation before travel

Contracts signed in the worker's language, pre-departure briefings on the role, the site and the country, and mobilisation handled end to end. Then welfare checks once they arrive.

Recruitment only, or a managed workforce. Clients can use FSI for recruitment only or build a broader managed workforce solution around the requirements of the project.

Why it matters to operations

Ethical recruitment is not a cost of compliance. It is how you lower operational risk.

A worker who paid a broker a year’s wages to get the job is a flight risk, a dispute risk and an audit finding. A worker who paid nothing, understood the terms and knew what to expect before travelling is far more likely to stay, perform and complete the contract.

Lower attrition

Workers without recruitment debt, and with clear expectations before departure, are more likely to stay. Fewer abscondments, fewer replacements and fewer retraining cycles.

A complete audit trail

Every placement has a documented record: where the worker was sourced, how they were selected, what they signed and when they were briefed. Ready when your client, auditor or regulator asks for it.

Fewer disputes

Terms are agreed in writing, in a language the worker understands, before departure. Workers are supported after arrival so issues can be identified and addressed early.

Stable performance

Workers are trade-tested, properly briefed and ready for the role before they travel. Teams become productive faster and employers spend less time dealing with avoidable recruitment failures.
