What we do

We deliver ethically sourced, operationally reliable workforce solutions, ranging from targeted deployments to large-scale international recruitment programmes.

Our work combines disciplined operational delivery with deep regional knowledge and the flexibility required to mobilise at pace.

Depending on client requirements, we support individual recruitment mandates or manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and vetting through to mobilisation and workforce oversight.

We operate under a strict zero-fee-to-worker model. Candidates are never charged for jobs at any stage of the recruitment process.

How we operate

FSI maintains on-the-ground capability in key source countries including Nepal, India, Uganda, Kenya, and other strategic corridors.

This allows us to recruit directly, control quality, and maintain visibility across the recruitment process.

Our teams understand local labour markets, regulatory requirements, and cultural context. This reduces dependency on informal intermediaries and supports faster, more reliable mobilisation without compromising compliance.

All candidates are vetted, documented, trained, and prepared prior to deployment, with clear communication of terms and conditions.

Our approach to ethical recruitment

At FSI, ethical recruitment is embedded in how we operate, not treated as a standalone policy.

Our recruitment processes are designed to remove the structural risks commonly associated with cross-border hiring, including worker-paid fees, informal intermediaries, and opaque cost practices. We operate on a strict zero-fee-to-worker model and maintain direct oversight of sourcing, screening, and mobilisation.

This approach aligns with international labour standards and modern slavery legislation, but it is driven by practical delivery considerations. Workers recruited transparently and without debt are more likely to remain in role, perform consistently, and complete their contracts.

For employers, this results in lower attrition, fewer disputes, and reduced regulatory and reputational exposure.

Ethical recruitment, in this context, is a delivery discipline, one that supports workforce stability, operational performance, and long-term commercial sustainability.

Our story

Built on accountability, fairness, and delivery under pressure

FSI Worldwide was established in 2006 in response to the realities of operating in complex labour environments, where workforce reliability, transparency, and accountability are critical.

From the outset, our work involved deploying personnel across challenging regions and managing recruitment through fragmented, high-risk labour corridors. Over time, it became clear that many of the issues employers faced - attrition, disputes, inconsistent performance, and reputational exposure - could be traced back to how workers were recruited.

FSI's recruitment model evolved to address these risks directly. By prioritising direct sourcing, clear terms, and a zero-fee-to-worker approach, we built systems that are both ethically sound and operationally effective. Ethical recruitment, in this context, is not an idealistic position, but a practical response to repeated delivery failures.

This experience continues to shape how we support clients today: with a focus on disciplined execution, transparency, and outcomes that can be sustained at scale.
