What ethical recruitment means for you

Ethical recruitment means you get a fair job, honestly, without paying for it. This is how FSI works.

  1. 01

    You pay nothing

The employer pays all the costs of hiring you. You do not pay FSI or anyone else for the job. If you have paid someone for an FSI job, tell us. We will look into it and pay you back.

  2. 02

    No agents or middlemen

FSI staff in Nepal, India, Kenya and Uganda find and select workers themselves. You deal with FSI directly.

  3. 03

    Chosen fairly

We choose people for their skills. You may do a trade test, a medical check and an interview. We talk to you in your own language.

  4. 04

You know the job before you go

You get a written contract in your own language. It explains the job and your terms. You sign it before you travel.

  5. 05

    We prepare you

Before you travel, we tell you about the job, the workplace and the country you are going to.

  6. 06

    Help after you arrive

We stay in touch after you start work. Before you travel, we tell you how to contact us if you have a problem.

Protect yourself

FSI will never ask you for money.

Not to register. Not for a visa. Not for a medical. Not for training. Not for a ticket.

If someone says they can get you an FSI job for money, it is not true. Do not pay them.

Report a fee or a problem

Email info@fsi-worldwide.com. If you are already working on an FSI placement, use the contact details we gave you before you travelled.

This is not a job application.

Registering puts your details on our list. When an employer needs people with your skills, we will contact you. We cannot promise you a job.
