FSI WORLDWIDE HISTORY

FSI Worldwide was founded in October 2006 by Tristan Forster a former British Army Gurkha Officer together with a number of other former military and professional associates including Dan O’Donnell, Nick Forster and James Sinclair. Tristan and Dan both served in the Gurkha and Parachute Regiments of the British Army. During their time in the Army, they developed a deep sense of respect and admiration for the people of Nepal which led to FSI Worldwide being built on the determination to help former Gurkhas find rewarding employment.

FSI Worldwide started its business activities as a specialist supplier of ex-Gurkha personnel from Nepal, to the worldwide security industry. While this still forms an important part of the business, FSI Worldwide has developed the business model of ethical recruitment, leadership and management of personnel to all industries. Today, FSI Worldwide provides a world class model for recruitment and management of skilled and unskilled labour for different sectors, including construction, facilities management, oil and gas and hospitality. The FSI Group also includes a security and construction company.
