NICK FORSTER

SENIOR VP, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Nick Forster is the Senior Vice President and a Co-Founder of FSI Worldwide. Nick engages directly with policy makers and industry to address labour trafficking challenges in government and private sector contracting and operations, as well as developing effective commercial solutions that protects employers, employees, and clients.

Nick has been responsible for the Business Development activity of FSI Worldwide since the company’s inception in 2006. Nick has worked side by side with his brother Tristan, FSI CEO, to shape the strategy of the business.

Nick set up his first Company in 1997 providing management and marketing services. He had previously worked as an account Director at Sampson Tyrell Enterprise, the corporate identity arm of Martin Sorrel’s global Marketing empire, WPP. His Client’s included Standard Chartered Bank, Nottingham University and Bradford and Bingley financial group.

Nick has been responsible for much of the international advocacy work, during which time he has addressed the UN General Assembly in New York at the high level Dialogue on Migration and he continues to speak regularly at UN conferences and workshops as a subject matter expert on human trafficking and labour migration.

Nick holds degrees in international business and languages and has amassed over 15 years’ experience in business consultancy and entrepreneurial ventures.
